I am a registered nurse by profession in Singapore who enjoys writing.

I believe in the positive power of words as it gives you conviction. Words, when used properly, give you a sense of motivation and discipline to attain systems that can help you to work towards your desired goals, hence I named my website as "all from within", as whatever you need, you got to look from within. 

I love writing, as a means of expressing my thoughts more authentically.

On this site, you can find that I share about the ups and downs of my adulting journey, life lessons that I have gained from nursing my patients and of course, my own opinionated musings through my own trial and errors experiences in my life.
